The location could not be better: Directly at the intersection of the most important urban motorway, where a lot of public transport lines stop. It is here, five minutes from the city centre, that the office complex – which also contains shopping options, a fitness centre and parking facilities – is located.

The hi-tech business centre, which has the name Silver Breeze, is on the river promenade of Dnipro and comprises a total area of 75,700 square metres.

Around 1,100 square metres now belongs to the office of the car manufacturer, Porsche. During the renovation of the office of the luxury car manufacturer, OBO Bettermann supplied products from the underfloor system range.
