Simplified installation, faster application: the V-TEC PUSH® cable gland makes it possible. Thanks to the patented internal spring mechanism, the cable gland can be inserted into the housing from the outside. This means that no twisting is required for installation: simply insert and you're done!
This push-in installation saves a considerable amount of time during installation! Flexible hooks on the cable gland, which spread apart after insertion, prevent it from being pulled out again. The lock nut is no longer required, as the gland clicks into place and is held securely in place by the spring tension.

Despite the new locking system, the front part of the cap nut remains the same, allowing the installer to tighten it independently, as before.

Quickly removed thanks to dismantling tool
A removal tool helps to loosen the cable gland again. To do this, the tool is pushed onto the hooks inside the housing that secure the cable gland and prevent it from being pulled out. The hooks are compressed by the tool, and the gland can be pulled out of the hole again. The removal tool is included in every V-TEC PUSH® package.
