V10-1+NPE Compact: Surge protection in a compact design

Small surge protection device, great protection: OBO V10-1+NPE Compact is characterized by a compact housing with a width of just 1 HP (18 mm). This makes it suitable for mounting on the 35 mm DIN rail. The type 2+3 surge protective device for 1-phase 230 V AC systems has an arresting capacity of up to 20 kA (8/20) total and offers integrated circuitry for TN and TT mains systems. The V10-1+NPE Compact features high-performance varistor technology with an insulating spark gap between neutral and PE. It is designed for single-phase supply and tested in accordance with DIN EN 61643-11.

The small surge protection device offers advantages in terms of handling thanks to clever product details. These include, for example, the thermal and dynamic cut-off unit and a visual function display. A remote signal contact is also available as an option.
