MCF NAR combination arresters (T1+T2): lightning and surge protection in the mains-side connection compartment

The spark gap technology installed in the MCF-NAR combination arrester qualifies the surge protective device for use in the pre-meter area according to VDE-AR-N 4100.   The MCF-NAR is installed in the lower connection compartment, and thus provides reliable protection against surge voltages directly at the supply point. The installation on the 40 mm busbar system of the meter cabinet means that mounting is particularly simple and time-saving.

Surge protective device V20 (type 2): our universal masterpiece

The type 2 V20 arrester series for surge protection according to VDE 0100-443 (IEC 60364-4-44) may be used in buildings without an external lightning protection system in the main distributor (post-meter area). Another possible application is sub-distributors and control cabinets in the building. With the total arresting capacity of 60 kA (20/40 kA/pin), the V20 surge protective devices are also suitable for use in systems with increased safety requirements according to DIN VDE 0100-534. The V20 surge protective devices can be used for system protection up to 160 A without separate fusing

V10 Compact 2.0 (type 2+3): compact surge protection for residential buildings

The compact type 2+3 surge protective device has an arresting capacity of up to 60 kA (8/20) in total. It offers an integrated 3+1 solution for TN and TT network systems on a 45 mm module width and possesses high-performance varistor technology. The V10 Compact 2.0 is not only a surge protective device for use in the sub-distributor, but also in the main distributor. This is only possible in the post-meter area and in systems without external lightning protection. It is also suitable for protecting three-phase current systems.
