The Quick pipe system combines the benefits of cable ducts and conventional electrical installation pipes to produce a single, intelligent system for surface-mounted installations. It comprises the Quick pipe electrical installation pipes, the Quick clips and a selection of perfectly matched fittings.
This is how easy the Quick pipe system is to use: The cables are inserted in the open Quick pipe electrical installation pipes in the same way as with open cable ducts. After the cable is inserted, the Quick pipe is twisted in the Quick clip and this simple movement locks it securely in place. The rotary mechanism also ensures that retroinstallations can be performed at any time. The Quick pipe can be opened again very easily by turning it.

The installation and use of the Quick pipe system are particularly flexible and uncomplicated thanks to the perfectly matched fittings, which round off the system. The fittings especially provide advantages with regard to the construction and installation options. The Quick pipe fittings include: The T piece, the 90° bend and the connection sleeve.
All Quick pipe system components are available in the four metric sizes M16, M20, M25 and M32. They can be opened and closed again without tools and stand out particularly on account of the fact they can accept corrugated pipes in addition to Quick pipe electrical installation pipes. These are held securely by an integrated rib contour in the interior of the fittings. They can be installed in interior areas and protected exterior areas and can be used in the temperature range between –25 and +60°C.
The T piece:
The T piece from the Quick pipe accessory range offers particularly rapid installation and retroinstallation. An optimised hinge means that the fitting consists of just a single component and can be easily opened and installed with one hand. This means that it can be opened and closed any number of times. This provides even more flexibility in installation and time savings as well, because there is no need to combine the two half shells. Retroinstallations can also be performed simply and any number of times
The connection sleeve:
The Quick pipe connection sleeve connects Quick pipe electrical installation pipes and corrugated pipes quickly and reliably. It allows a straight connection of two pipes. An optimised hinge means that the fitting can be easily opened and installed with one hand.
The 90° bend:
With its special shape, the 90° Quick pipe bend is ideal for internal and external corner installations. It guarantees right-angled routing of the pipes. Here too, an optimised hinge offers particularly simple installation.

Secure and innovative fastening: The Quick clips
The Quick pipe system components go hand in hand, thus offering numerous advantages during installation: If, for example, the Quick pipe electrical installation pipes and fittings are fastened with the Quick clips, then the entire system can achieve the protection rating IP44.
Quick clips are the ideal fastening for the Quick pipe system. Using their arrangement contour, the Quick clips can be interconnected with ease. Thus, users can do without some installation steps, because up to three clips can be mounted with a single drill hole.
The innovative clamp clips are suitable for cable diameters between 15.5–63 mm as well as for all metric pipe sizes from M16 to M63. High pipe extraction values of up to 230 N guarantee a secure hold of the system on walls and ceilings.
The clips can be fastened particularly efficiently and quickly with the Quick clip knock-in anchor 910 SD-Q 6x40. Clip and tie are knocked in together, meaning that there is no need for lengthy screwing in of the screw.
